Lindsay Lohan spent New Year's Eve day chilling on a Miami beach and getting a smooch on the cheek from that cute little fella'!

Notably absent, a bikini-clad Samantha Ronson. Regardless, Lindsay looks really happy in these photos. And pretty sexy too! (Even if we are bordering on tossing her back onto Limb Watch).

If that smile is any indication, we think Lindsay is on track for a comeback. Do you?

Washington, Sep 28 : A teenage girl, who was wanted for questioning in connection with a burglary at the Los Angeles home of Mean Girls star Lindsay Lohan, has reportedly given herself up to the authorities.

Rachel Lee, 19, had been named as a person of interest by police investigating a break-in at the actress’ property in August this year, after three people were seen on CCTV footage taken at the doorway of the house.

London, Sept 28 : Lindsay Lohan may soon be dragged to court by a pal who alleges she has to pay up 6,840 pounds to him.

According to TMZ. com, Dennis DeSantis claims that Lohan rented cars from his company, Specialty Car Craft, in May this year, but failed to clear her bills.

He claims that Lohan has not paid the amount despite several reminders, reports the Daily Express.

Samantha Ronson has reportedly “begged” ex-girlfriend Lindsay Lohan to get psychological help in what The Sun describes as “an emotional phone call between the pair”.

Lindsay, 22, has allegedly spent the last week in a Britney-esque meltdown after splitting with Sam last weekend and has been searching the clubs of Los Angeles apparently hunting for her ex.

Her OTT behaviour since the break up is worrying her friends and family and it seems many of them think she needs to go into rehab for a fourth time

We all know that Lindsay Lohan’s split from her girlfriend Samantha Ronson earlier this month took its toll on her mentally, but new images of her show it’s taking a physical one too…

The actress was photographed looking skinnier than ever as she spent the afternoon in shops on LA’s Melrose Avenue with her 15-year-old sister Ali.

The sundress she was wearing just hung off her skeletal frame and the dress showed just how skinny she is with protruding ribs and stick-thin arms

Lindsay Lohan turned up at Britney Spears’ old stamping grounds: the Millennium Dance Studio in North Hollywood. The actress was at the studio to brush up on her moves for the upcoming film Dare to Love Me, a biopic on tango legend Carlos Gardel.

“It’s nice to see people get back to being creative – to be in a place where they are able to be creative,” says Robert Baker, director of Millennium Dance Complex. “[Lohan] seems to be getting her career back on track, and it’s a happy thing.”

Lindsay spent Wednesday and Thursday with a crew of twelve people from the film, as they learned moves for the film.

Britney will also be occupying the space soon: she’s due for rehearsals for her supposed comeback tour.
